When will I get my order?
We ship from a number of fulfillment centers across the globe, and some of our pieces are handcrafted, made-to-order pieces which may add a few extra days to the shipping time. Please be patient, we promise that our products will be worth it!
Why am I getting separate packages/tracking numbers?
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: - Certain items may be on back order - Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office - Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)
How do I apply my discount code?
On the checkout page, enter your discount code under the 'Discount' field. Please note that only one discount can be applied per order, and each discount has one use per customer.
What is your return/refund/cancellation policy?
You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged within 30 days and we will refund you. *NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We sure do! Simply contact us if you are interested in our wholesale pricing. Please note that we require a $500 minimum for wholesale purchases.
